Rediff Shopping — Sent us Defective Material.

To test credibility of Rediff i purchased one Power Bank with order no.11986827. They sent me defective material is not at all charging and not switching on too, Even they are not sent product leaflet in english/indian local languages. for that i complained but are replying us to roam around courier centers, My ? is what wrong them to collect their defective material from their courier service and deliver working one or to repayment. I wish Rediff may dont have ethics and responsibility for that all consumers who fed up with their service should complaint in Customer court with highest compensation, we need to request court for the time and mental tension what we undergoing from rediff. With Regards Note to Rediff:- order no.11986827 You Sent defective material and for our complaint your insisting us to run around interms of courier offices. If we have that much time we never use online shopping. Its worst experience with rediff, We seen many reviews as Rediff is not trust worthy shopping center, We want Rediff should act responsibly towards securing good name. Rediff already aware about our address and we request you send same courier persons to collect your defective product and provide us deliver the good product. If rediff team have any responsibility 1] Send your courier Persons and collect your defective product. or 2] Send us one more Tested new working product, at the time of product delivery itself you can take back your defective product. Rediff need to prove as trustworthy. Please you talk and escalate to senior officers and try to give trustable service. . Collect your material from your end and deliver good product or return our full amount. If not i complain with High Compensation for rediff giving mental torucher .
