Rediff Shopping — Wrong Item delivered but denying

I have ordered (order No[protected] for a make up kit "My Fair Lady Complete Makeup Kit" on 20th Jan but received a wrong and cheap product on 24th January named "ADS makeup kit". On same day I lodge a complain with the shopper to replace the product immediately with a proper picture of the received product. Surprisingly Rediff shop customer care saying that this is the same product I have ordered !! I send both the products picture (which I ordered & what I received) to them, but now they are just not responding. This is thoroughly unprofessional approach and totally unacceptable. Added both the picture of what I ordreded and what I received.
