Rediff Shopping — wrong product delivered and replacement not yet delivered

HI, I have ordered for Casio SA-45 adapter. I received the order but I got the wrong product delivered. I complained about this. They asked me to courier the product to the seller which should reach in 3 days to the seller then seller would dispatch the correct product which should reach to me in 10 business days. I couriered the product on 7th May which was delivered to the the seller on 9th May., but I have not yet received the replacement till 23rd May.everytime I call customer care they ask me to wait for 2-3 more days. the customer care is too much pathetic that you won't like to talk to them. I would recommend others not to purchase anything from this website. it was the worst experience I have ever faced. Pankaj [protected]
