Rediffmail — Unable to Login to my email id (looks like hacked)

My id is [protected]@rediffmail.com i had unused the acct for quite a long time but still it was activate today i try to login but was unable to do so, when switching to recovery page i was prompted with hint e-mail address and the phone numbers which weren't mine my registered email for recovery with rediffmail was shakty.[protected]@gmail.com which is not logging through, at the moment i stay abroad thus my mobile number registered with rediffmail during the time of registration is no more in service, therefore i request the team to help me out as i need to retrieve some information from my mailbox, incase of any hacking am afraid i may loose information kindly do the needful your assistance in this matter will be highly appreciated
