Redmi 5a — not received the refund

I placed order for redmi 5a at 13th of may 2018 and made the payment through the debit card. The orders got cancelled by the seller and the amount was deducted from my bank account on 13th of may but i have yet not received the refund. The given time period was of 6 days nut it has been 10 days and i have yet not received the refund.
