[Resolved]  Redmi 5a — redmi 5a bought from flipkart

I ordered REDMI 5A Feb'26 2018, from second day itself mike and speaker not working.
I have raised lot complaints, but still now not yet resolved.
Technician visit came 3 times completed, once technician came it update some software
that time working after 3 hours again having the same problem.
After that i went to service center and mike got changed again occuring the same problem. i am totally disappointed with this product.

I thought its worst service

Can you please replacement the mobile as soon as possible

Note:Third technician use abuse words, his name is sikanthar

Flipkart is very worst customer care. People do go for flipkart

REDMI mobile also waste... i disappointed with this product and customer care also very worst

still having the mike problem(mike also changed in service center)
