Redquanta Mystery Shopping Services — No rembursement since march 2019, no reply from the company, is the company closed/ bankrupt?

Its been more than a year, i have 15000/- reimbursement pending an no information when it will be paid, their customer service executives don't know anything about it themselves. No use of connecting to any mail-id or grievance department, never got any reply from them.
The company also changed to new name, does that mean the original company is bankrupted, are they cheating the mystery auditors.
Or is this how theydo business in general ??
