Redquanta Mystery Shopping Services — No reimbursement or shopper pay received from more than last 3 years-enrich salon/Lakme/PizzaExpress/Asianpaints/Ethos/VIP/Orchids

I had conducted many mysteries shopping/ audit at enrich salon, Lakme, PizzaExpress, Asianpaints, Ethos, VIP bags, Orchids, TATA motors, Metro shoes, Ritu Kumari, as I had been instructed to do so by the Company RedQuanta mystery shopping. I had submitted the bills and all the proofs required as guided by the audit assigner and as per requirements. The audit was successfully completed as per the application (RedQuanta app) details. I even received few SMS stating that the reports are successfully submitted and payment will be performed in 90 days. But it had been over 3 years now still had not received pay-out for any audits. All the contact who used to work in the company says we are no more connected with it and cannot help in any scenario. I had even sent multiple mails on official mail ID. Even tried connecting Pankaj Guglani (Founder and Managing Director), Neeraj Wasan (Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer), Abhijan (Co-Founder & Chief Revenue Officer: Global) but never received any response from them as well. Currently Simon Mangos is the Chief Executive Officer of the organization will be trying to connect with him but as far as I know about company, I cannot expect reply or have faith on them. Sometime I receive call from RedQuanta team for new assignments but when I ask them for my old payment, they try to change the topic or either say we will be soon releasing all the pending payments. Which had never happened and amount do not get transferred. Now for all audits carried out, the amount due is more than 15, 000 INR RS with RedQuanta which is not yet paid. I have written multiple emails to RedQuanta team, earlier they use to reply, now they had stop replying and it’s been more than 3 years now and yet not received any payment. After finding at the numbers of complaints on social media related to the same payment issue with RedQuanta company, I feel I have been cheated now and RedQuanta is nothing but a fraud organization and have cheated many people in the name of mystery audits/ shopping and market research. I believe they took money from company like enrich, Lakme, PizzaExpress, Asianpaints, Ethos, VIP, Orchids School, TATA motors, Metro shoes, Ritu Kumari and others to provide them customers and services and hence feel these organizations are also involved in the big scam with RedQuanta.
