[Resolved] Reebok India — bad quality, shoe torn within 6 months, customer care service no response
I had purchased Shoes from the INCS Mumbai Reebok Outlet. There were torn within 6 months without much usage.
I have been trying to reach the customer care as well as been requesting Reebok to replace or correct the defect but there has been no response.
Shoes were purchased in the month of end April 2019. Had visited the Reebok outlet multiple times for duplicate bill as well as for repair but they didn't respond.
I need refund or my shoes to be replaced.
