[Resolved]  Reebok India — Brand new ZQUICK causing shoe bite on heel.

I have purchased a pair of ZQUICK Reebok shoes from Dehradun yesterday on the[protected] and this evening when I was jogging on the treadmill I got shoe bites on both my ankles as the back of the shoes rubbed against them causing injury and were extremely uncomfortable to either run or walk. When we went to the retail shop to exchange the pair they refused to exchange it even though it was within 24 hours of purchase and I had only worn the shoes once at the gym. Unless I wear the shoes how would I know what the problem is? Within just two hours of wear I have received injuries on both my ankles. This is not something that we expect from Reebok after paying Rs 8999.00 !!! I would like a better pair of shoes in exchange for this pair. Article No. V54315.
