Reebok India — Cancel one order and update a new order

Dear sir,
I have ordered a Reebok shoe, (Unisex Reebok classic leather legacy AZ shoes) order number is :[protected], ordered on Jan 25th, 2022 at a cost of Rs 5949/- (Inclusive of tax), whereas
I wanted to change the item, accordingly I have given an other order of Reebok shoe( CL LEGACY) order number is :[protected], ordered on Jan 25th, 2022 at a cost of Rs 5609/-(Inclusive of tax).

Whereas I am not able to cancel the earlier order (order number:[protected].
I have tried to cancel through many ways .
Toll free contact number not picked up my call, hence I have send a email to customer care Reebok.com, no response so far.
Request you to kindly cancel one order (ordernumber:[protected]and keep up the new order (order number:[protected].
