Reebok India — fake shoes quality check by reebok | |
Dear recipient, I bought a reebok shoes through reebok official website by 16th mar 2019. I received the same on 21st mar 2019 & i try the shoes but it is a little short from my size. Then i put a return request to reebok by 27th mar 2019 & they cancelled my request without reason. When i called again & again to reebok customer care executive then they agree to accept my request for return. I wait till 5 days for the pick boy, but nobody come for pick up. Again & again i called to reebok customer care & they ready to pick up & they pick shoes by 10th apr 2019, Now they reject the shoes for quality reason without any information. When i called to reebok for checking my payment received status then they inform me to the product (Shoes) has already failed in quality. They said that the shoes has used, but i didn't use it. Now they are not ready to explain more details o[censored]se the shoes. Request you to sir, please arrange my refund payment from m/s reebok. Was this information helpful? | |
