Reebok India — Faulty Shoe not replaced within warranty | |||
I purchased Reebok Hexa for approx Rs 7000 in April 2013. In Six months, the inner fabric near ankles tore and the support plastic came out. I also got injured at that time as I was running when it happened. I took the shoe to the Showroom - Reebok at Hitech City. They fobbed me off saying warranty is only for 3 months, charged me money for repair, did a patch work and returned the shoe to me. Is this correct? Was this information helpful? | |||
