This is regarding the Reebok sports shoes I purchased for my daughter from Mochi on
29/06/2014 from Nashik (College Road branch).She had
complained pain in heel and knee after she wore the shoes for two days.
That time we did not suspect it to be because of the shoes. She took
pain killers and was alright!
Later, she wore the shoes to a Pune trip for 3 days
(19/07/2014-21/07/2014) and she complained of the same pain and it was
then that we realized that the pain was because of the shoes!On the 23/07/2014 we complained about the shoes and they sent it for quality check through Linecut Memo No.: NSM|1004 Dt:23/07/2014.
I feel furious about this that the shoes have been sent back
as it is and have been tested as OK! I was expecting a call from the
Quality Control department with respect to this problem as I expected
that they would want to know what exactly the problem is that the
costumer is facing!
Without even talking to the costumer and understanding what the problem is, how can one decide on the product to be OK!The major issue is that the Reebok product is being tested at the Mochi Quality Control!
I have not taken the shoes back from the shop and I expect a genuine lookout into the matter from your side!Waiting for a PROMPT reply!
