Reebok India — I am not getting replacement | |||||
I purchased sports shoes from Reebok Retail Store Phoenix Mall Kurla Mumbai, I wore these shoes for 2-3 times and realised my feet were getting swollen, I went to the store and gave them the shoes back after maybe 45-50 days or so as I had purchased these shoes on 20/12/2016 and after that I had gone to Dubai for 1 month so unfortunately I couldn't return the shoes within 1 month, I wanted to upgrade to Reebok Jetfusion which are double the cost of the shoes I bought of course with paying the difference of price but store manager wrote to company 2 times and even I wrote to company once but today I got the email from Reebok that they won't accept my request and will not do replacement or won't give me refund which is really annoying and disappointing as their product is defective but still they don't want to compromise.
