Reebok India — Issue regarding of my order

This is to inform you that on dated 28/07/2020 i have placed an order of 2 pair of socks and mode of payment used is online. But from that day the status of order is showing pending verification. I am trying to call your customer service team from long time for the same but seems to be busy at all the time whenever i am try to call them. Also i have sent the email regarding the same but no response comes from your side. How i am conneced to you for the issue of my order. Kindly go for my complaint at the earliest and call me back as early as possible for resolving my issue. Same issue for my another order on dated 30/07/2020.
