This post is to bring to your attention an ongoing issue with my refund request. Here are the details -
I placed an order for 2 items (WOR PP Tight & WOR PP Capri) on 01st Jan 2022 and paid for the delivery in cash. After receiving the delivery, I realized that I did not like the fit and quality of the products and wanted to return and receive a full refund.
I raised my request for the same on 10th Jan 2022. The items were picked up and I received an email acknowledgment on 19th Jan 2022. The email said that I will receive my refund via cheque/net banking. I have emailed, called and sent my bank details for this refund several times over the last 6 months however, I still have not received the refund. And on 29th June 2022 I received an email stating that the case is successfully closed. I am still waiting on that refund though, so how have you closed the case successfully?
I am writing to you today to ask if you plan on resolving this issue at all. Because if you are not, I will have to take the matter further to consumer court and social media and make a stink about it. So please respond asap and let me know the next steps to resolve this matter. Order details are as below-
