Reebok India — non initiation of refund despite order cancelation | |
Reebok india is harassing me for the refund of a order that they sent despite me canceling it. Please find below the sequence of events 8th september - place an order (Prepaid through credit card) 19th september - i canceled the order and the customer service person tells me it's canceled and the refund will be initiated 22nd september - the order is despatched despite the customer service agent telling me it's canceled. I call the customer service agent and ask them why was this done despite cancellation, they don't have an answer, but tell me to refuse the order once it arrives and once the courier company confirms that it's been refused, they shall initiate the refund. 24th september - the courier guy calls me and i refuse the order. I call the customer service guys, they tell me that the courier company has confirmed to them that i have refused the order and they will initiate the refund. 27th september - i call the customer service guys, they tell me they are waiting for the courier guys to confirm if they will send the package back to initiate my refund. 30th september - the courier partner has not returned the order and they refuse to send my refund. This has to be the most useless customer service. They despatch a canceled order. They ask me to refuse it which i do and the courier team confirms the same to them. Now they are awaiting to initiate a refund for their mistake. Was this information helpful? | |
