I had ordered 1 pair shoes on 8th jan 2019 and the expected devliery time was 10th or 11th jan. But till date i have not received shoes while payment already deducted from on account. Continously i am following with your team for refund payment but till date we have not received any proper response from your team.
Need you valuable support fro refund the payment on urgent basis by today eod.
