Ordered a shoe from their online store. Had to return due to a size issue. After they picked up my order, I sent them a mail for my new bank account details for the refund amount because the source of my payment account was closed. They picked up my shoe on the 9th of December and on the same day I did provide them with my concern and bank details. Reebok still initiated the refund on my payment source account which has been closed, even after I provided them the details days before and even after calling them and informing them the same. They didn't even bother to check my mail or to reply to it. I called them on 13th December again and again, the day they initiated the refund, that they bothered to reply to my mail containing the bank details which was after 5 days. They did reply to me that they will initiate the amount now for the refund but I haven't received any amount from them and also their customer service is least interested in helping me out. They don't even care to help. They always keep telling me that they have initiated the amount and it has been refunded in my closed bank account. How dumb can anyone be? even after providing the new bank details, they didn't bother to check the mail for 5 days or reply. It was only after the refund was initiated and I called them again and again that they bothered to only reply to my mail. My money is gone now and reebok doesn't even care. PATHETIC SERVICE! NEVER BUY FROM REEBOK AGAIN.
