Reebok India — refused to refund money purchase under invoice no. SC312 dt,12/06/2014

i extremely sorry to say that my son purchased two T-shirts. from ur store at patiala from garg sports world. at around 7.15 pm. when he came back to home we immidiately went to the showroom to return the good as we told him to bring the formal T-shirts but by mistake he purchased the product. i was surprised to hear from the store owner that there is no refund policy. under compulsion we have to pay another 1200/- & purchased the shoe. which was realy not needed . kindly do the need full at ur end i am no interested to purchase any thing.if such a branded concern is working like this which not accepted at all.kindly refund me the money now my new purchase is under invoice no.
