I have been a loyal customer of Reebok brand over years with all my family footwear shopping at reebok. I had bought Reebok sole fury shoes for my son last March, that my son started using only 2 months back. The shoe got torn and the mesh layer came out just in 2 months and that's a setback for such expensive shoes.
With high disappointment, I have to request you to help me find a way by repair or replacement of the shoe so that we don't suffer loss of so expensive buy in just 2- 3 months o[censored]se (although we bought in last march but was not used till recently).
Attaching few images of the damaged shoes where the mesh layer has come out, which is never expected from Reebok. Bill is also attached.
I want a quick solution and hope that you will also do something to keep your loyal customer satisfied.
