Dear Sir,
I have purchased a reebok shoe costing Rs. 7500/- from a mall in Gurgaon Haryana. I got a discount and i paid Rs. 3750/- for the same. On my asking, why the shoe is being sold at a discount, I was told that it is not a defective piece and company occasionally gives more discounts to clear its stocks.
But unfortunately, that statement was incorrect. The shoe turned out to be a defective one. After using 5-6 times, the sole of right foot shoe has got almost fully detached and the left one has also started to detach and i fear that very soon the whole sole shall come out. I am wearing reebok shoes for the past 20 years and this is 1st time that i have encountered such type of manufacturing defect in Reebok shoes.
I think it is totally against the name and standards of Reebok to sell defective shoes during sale. Incase, the shoe is of seconds quality or partially defective, the customer should be made fully aware of this fact at the time of sale itself.
Now, kindly either repair the shoe or replace the shoe. A picture of the right pair of shoe is attached.
Kindly revert back pl ASAP.
