Worst customer redressal I had ordered two pair of flip flops from reebok on 21 june. I never recieved any notification regarding my order. Finally after waiting for 3 days, i called up customer care for status of my order. I was told to wait till evening, then again i called up after receiving no update. I was again asked to wait for 24 hours. Finally after third call when i asked for speaking to senior i was asked to wait for another 24 hours. I called up finally fourth time which was received by mr martin for update i got no help. Instead of helping he started lecturing me on how mailing back to back wouldnot get me a reply. He started telling protocols of company which a customer wouldn't know and shouldn't even care to know. They are not solving the issue and not even committing anything. I couldn't get the update or any solution and i was forced to get order cancelled. For speaking to customer care and solution i had to wait for 24 hours and when i had no choice but to cancel it, they did it instantly without any apology. Hoping for a refund on time. Never shopping again from reebok. Absolutely disappointed Was this information helpful? | |||
