On 31 December 2014, I purchased the inverter double door refrigerator from Venus Electronics in Trichy.
My refrigerator has not been cooling on 17 November 2021, so I have called the toll-free service for assistance. After checking the refrigerator, the service person noted that the compressor has not worked since it was under warranty (10 years).
He changed the new compression on 25 November 2021 and also claimed service charges of Rs. 1, 686.00 (Cash Receipt No. 15124). Despite his commitment, he leaves the refrigerator as it cools after only four hours.
I filed a complaint to the customer service, another person came to check the refrigerator and said the compressor was not working.
As of now, the service team confirms that the inverter refrigerator cannot be serviced.
Let me know what the next step is from Samsung's customer support.
