We have been complaining that our fridge is not cooling. Called the company 10 times or more in the last 6 months. They would come and pretend to do something. It still wont work. Than about 3 months ago they said gas is low. Once we fill it should work fine. It didn;t. About 2 weeks ago we called again, They came and checked and said we will have to take it away and repair it, We will come Tuesday, July 9. No one came and we did not get a call. So on Wednesday 10th I called. The woman answering the call said they were too busy yesterday and wont be able to come today so will come tomorrow (Thursday). Thursday came and went. I called on Friday morning. The same woman answered the phone and said i lost your number and could not call you. Said they will come today. No apology of any kind.
Finally came on Friday the 12th. They said instead of taking it away we will check hear. They said it needs a new compressor and will come install it Saturday. The cost will be 4500 rupees. They will install it Monday. They came on Monday 15th and installed it. We paid them the money. Since the installation the fridge has not been cooling. Event after 3 days ice trays only have water in it - no ice. So on July 16th we called again. The guy came and looked and said it should be fine. Well, it wasnt. They came back on Wednesday July 17 and pretended to do something and said they will come back Thursday to see
Its Saturday morning July 20th and they still have not come. We have called and called and they are making false promises. It seems they dont know what is wrong and are just shooting in the air hoping something will stick. Even this morning at 10:15am I tried to call but no answer.
Please assist us in resolving this issue as we feel we have been cheated.
