Subject: - regarding the replacement of defected washing machine serial itb[protected]/ model no. 31171/ supreme care 8014/ dop - 02-july-2018.
I would like to inform you that on 02-july-2018 i had purchased a washing machine supreme care from khosla electronics pvt. Ltd, ultadanga, kolkata -700067, vide invoice no. 09024/1819/02134 dated 02-july-2018.
I am extremely dissatisfied with your unresponsive on issue with the new washing machine. As after installation we are started facing problem and from day one the machine is not functioning properly its making lots of noise and unbearable for us. We inform the customer care vide service complaint number kl [protected] dated 22-aug-2018. The service engineer visited and gave us a job sheet number 14669 dated 23-aug-2018 with service request description – “upper top crack”. When i called up the consumer care cell the office mr. Gaurav and regional office manager of kolkata, mr. Sandeepan assure us that the “ defected” washing machine will be replaced very soon as they have sent approval for the same and it will take at least 03 to 04 weeks. Again i called up the customer care they have given me the mobile number ([protected]) of mr. Sanjay who is communicated to me that you wait for at least one week then i called up mr. Debastosh ghosh. He also assure me that they have send a mail approval to concern department for the replacement of defected washing machine serial number itb[protected]/ dop -02/07/2018.
Again i called up on 13-sept-2018 the customer care officer has provide the sr-kl[protected], after this sr the service engineer mr. Samir sarkar ([protected]) has again confirmed me that the new machine is under transit and made a concall over the phone with his superior mr. Arnab ([protected]) they both told me that the new machine to be delivered very soon. After doing follow-up and personal visit to the dealer khosla electronics pvt. Ltd they have raised again a sr –kl[protected] dated 25th sept’2018 is still open.
I want replacement of my defected machine or please refund my money back as i can’t keep on complaining on the daily basis as i want a permanent solution.
The whole family is disturbed due to this defected machine, every day i am unnecessary paying rs, 250/- (Rupees two hundred fifty only) per day towards outside cloth washing charges from 22-aug-2018 also because of this defected machine me and my spouse are getting mentally and economically harassment from “ whirlpool”.
May i request you to replace the defected washing machine with immediate effect or return my money back.
