Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to file a formal complaint against refubishedmall.com for engaging in fraudulent and cheating practices for refurbished items online shopping. Despite my attempts to resolve the matter directly with the company by sending emails, but they are not responding to the emails.

Details of the complaint:

1. On 29 Oct 2022, I had ordered refurbished mobile Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G, 12 GB RAM, 512GB Storage - Dark Red by online payment of Rs 8, 497.00 paid using Paytm, the Order number: 242527, dated: 29/10/2022.

2. After placing order i did not received any message or email for dispatched details of the order till now. I haven't receive the product or any update or mail/message from the refubishedmall.com website.

3. I have sent email for the update and asking dispatched details of the order, also requested for refund my amount i[censored]nable to deliver the order.

4. I have conducted online research and discovered numerous complaints from other customers regarding refubishedmall.com failure to deliver booking orders, and not returning booking amount.

5. Given the circumstances, I kindly request the following actions from the Consumer Court:

(a) Investigate the fraudulent and cheating practices of refubishedmall.com.
(b) Ensure that refubishedmall.com refunds the full amount of Rs 8497.00 paid on 29 Oct 2022 for my order No. 242527.
(c) Impose appropriate penalties and sanctions on refubishedmall.com to prevent them from continuing these fraudulent practices and deceiving other customers.
(d) Provide necessary guidance and support to assist in the resolution of this matter.

I have attached copies of the relevant emails and documentation for your reference.
