I am writing to file a formal complaint against refubishedmall.com for engaging in fraudulent and cheating practices for refurbished items online shopping. Despite my attempts to resolve the matter directly with the company by sending emails, but they are not responding to the emails.

Details of the complaint:

1. On 29 Oct 2022, I had ordered refurbished mobile Samsung Galaxy S22...

i request to refund my payment....

I've ordered Motorola G6 Plus Order 224841 Open box x2 from this website via SBI Bhim Pay. Paid Amt Rs 4098 on 21/10/2022.
But till now i haven't received any Tracking no nor any info about it, and also haven't got delivered the goods.
Calling on customer care[protected] results in "Phone no is not reachable" massage...

Refubishedmall.com — Ordered product but not delivered, fake website. I had paid 1999 for a mobile phone Oppo F19 Pro, on 22/08/2022, but it was not delivered. The site seems fake as all the contact details are incorrect. Please register a complaint at cyber crime cell and this site should be blocked.
The amount of Rs. 1999 was paid by my Credit Card through PAYTM.
Please arrange to make refund back to my accont the said amount...

I had ordered a product Panasonic eluga17 refurbished mobile from the website and had paid Rs:1399/- online through HELLOEX. Though the money was deducted. I didn't receive any order details nor any despatch details. This transaction was done on 29/06/2022. I contacted the customer care but didn't get any response. So I request for refund my money ASAP....

I ordered Boat airdopes from refubishedmall.com on 08 august 2022. And paid rs-549/-. My order number is 114510.
But they didnt deliver the item. What to do to get back my refund.
