Refund — flight booking

I was book a flight ticket through akbar travels on 10th october but at the payment stage due to an error the transaction was cancelled but amount is debited from my amount. I was waiting for that amount to auto reverted to my account but it i don't get that amount untill now. What should i do. I don't even have a reference number.
