Refund — i booked ticket in irctc through zaakpay payment all trains were cancelled due to lockdown, till now no refund

Hi team,
I have booked ticket on irctc app using zaakpay payment gateway.
The ticket is automatically cancelled to lockdown purpose yet the refund is not credited to my account
Please check and help me on the same.
Please note i have checked from my end.
Found that the payment has been refunded to zaakpay.
But it hasn't been credited to my account from zaakpay.
The transaction details are as follows:-

Transaction date, :- 08-march-2020
Transaction i, d:-[protected]
Cancellation date:- 02-may-2020
Cancellation/refund i, d:-[protected]
