This is a third-rate company providing subpar service. I renewed my account and paid 6000, yet my internet service has not been restored following the renewal. I have made countless calls, but they refuse to dispatch a technician to my location. I am aware that the issue lies with the router. Having worked with HCL, I possess some knowledge of networking.
