        On 13th december i cancelled my order hp laptop which was booked on exchange basis but courier person due to small lines on laptop he hadn't accept and returned same but till now i. E. 22nd december when discussed with flip kart customer care they are saying they also don't know status of the returned item there is no regular answer to me simply they are saying even if it gets them after one year then only they will refund.

          I purchased a product on amazon on 28/10/2017 of this month using my canara bank debit card same was not received and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 11 th of this month maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as 75260827314016304476633. I had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman.

              Respected Sir / Madam,

              10 months over, still i have not received my money. I was booked ticket from Sealdah Railway Station's Reservation Counter of Eastern Railway on 13 December, 2016 and paid the money through the then newly introduced Debit Card payment on counter service. After some day of booking ticket, i have cancelled the ticket through the same counter of Sealdah station . The counter person assured me that your money will be directly transferred to your bank account between 7 days . But I have cancelled the ticket on 26 December 2016 and today is 23rd October, 2017, i still didn't get my money.

              I have launched a complain at CCM Refuns Office of Estern Railway on March, 2017 regarding my refund. But it didn't work. Even when i visited the CCM refunds office to know the current status of my application and my refund, Reputed High Ranked Railway officers insulted me time to time and laugh at me. They also suggested me to go Consumer Court for money .

              Hope Ministry will understand my situation and will refund my money as early as possible.

              I booked a ticket in Tatkal from Agra to Pune, but i was in waiting list.As my ticket did not get confirmed it got canceled but i haven't received refund of RS 705 .

              I am very disappointing by the service as it have been a month. i even tried calling customer care number of time but the line is always busy.

                I was book a flight ticket through akbar travels on 10th october but at the payment stage due to an error the transaction was cancelled but amount is debited from my amount. I was waiting for that amount to auto reverted to my account but it i don't get that amount untill now. What should i do. I don't even have a reference number.                                 My name is Hettie Venter form South Africa. On the 23 September an amount of R2967.64 was charged on my VISA credit card for services delivered by Server Tech for Windows. They made a mistake as the curracy was suppose to be charged in Rands but they charged in dollar. When I phoned I spoke to a guy named Patric, he assured me that I will get a refund as it was their mistake. In the mean time he stole more money from my credit card on the 7 Oct the amount of R7, 838.06 and R5, 612.25 was charged on my credit card and paid to MOPS-SBC-CR-CARD-E Mumba. Will you please help me to get hold of this person and try to get this money back. I did not receive any refunds and I do not have money to pay back the credit card company. Plaese help me I am desperate! Thank you.

                                This also happened to my parents, also on the 7th of October 2015, the exact same reference appears on the credit card statement. I will advise that you go to your local bank as soon as possible and report this. This seems to be credit card fraud and you will have to report it and an investigation will be lodged by your bank. We are from South Africa.

                                This also happened to my mother from Bredasdorp on the 10th of October 2015. When she queried this with the bank, Absa, and requested a printout of her account, it showed that authorization was still outstanding on these transactions. Absa assured her that the money would be retutned to her account as it has not been authorised. The Ombudsman has now ruled in favour of Absa bank without any proof to her how the cade had been investigated, or proof of where or frim which number the otp's from these trasactions were entered from. She never responded to these numbers which were sent to her cellphone from an ABSA number, the same number from which she gets her monthly notifications for her ABSA policies!!!

                                            SUBSEQUENTLY, MY DOUBTS CAME TRUE, AND TRAIN SCHEDULED TO LEAVE JAIPUR AT 14.40 ON 08.12.09, LEFT JAIPUR AT 03.45 HRS. ON 09.12.09 AND REACHED SEALDAH AT 13.30 HRS. ON 10.12.09. SIMILARLY,TRAIN NO. 2988 SHEDULED TO LEAVE JAIPUR ON 09.12.09 ACTUALLY LEFT MORE THAN THREE HOURS FROM AJMER STATION, THE ORIGINATING STATION. THIS ENTITLES ME FOR FULL REFUND OF FARE AND TATKAL CHARGES AS PER CLAUSE 2 OF REFUND OF FARE AND TATKAL TICKETS PUBLISHED IN http://www.indianrail.gov.in/refund_rules.html .

                                            This is too wrong and severe action should be taken against railway employees otherwise railway depart does not come in right way.
                                            Now a days, In railway depatment, ticket counter clerks are go through corruption and this should corrupt the world, so that they should punish at any cost. this is my advice.

                                              I have reservation tickets from Dausa to Aburoad and boarding at Jaipur dated[protected].The fare of the ticket was Rs-257/- and The train from which i have to journey was Ashram Express and the shedule departure of this train was 8:40pm. But due to unavoidable circumstances i have to cancell my tickets. first i waited in que from 4 'o' clock to 6 'o' clock at jaipur junction's main cancellation counter. When my number comes the counter person tell me that u r late go to main ticket collector office. then i met to the officer (main ticket collector) he send me to the window no. 10 where refund after cancellation has been done. I waited in que for a long time then the same story rise, the counter person refused to cancell and to refund the amount. He told me that the computer is not showing the detail about my ticket and again send me to the main ticket collector office.I didn't understand that the centralized PNR system of world's largest and great railway department of our country was not showing the detail. It was around 7:45 then i again go to the main ticket collector Then he instruct his junior to fill up the TDR form and give me a blank TDR form with the seal of The Chief Commercial Manager (Claim), DRM office, Jaipur. Then I fill up this form same as the junior officer fill.He told me that your refund will be posted by cheque to the address written by me.
                                              Three months has been passed but still i didn't receive any cheq ue or DD. Please tell me what i have to do.

                                              I had booked three E-tickets from Ahmedabad to Jaipur and Vadodara to Jaipur. However, on the date of journey, it was understood that the train was running late by 18 hours. I filed an online TDR, which has been approved by the Railways. As per rules the refund is supposed to be made within 90 days. But it is more than 5 months now I am still to receive the refund. I have made N number of STD calls, but to no yeild. I think railways wants to use my money without paying me interest. It is the most hopeless department in India.

But due to non-confirmation I have to cancell her ticket. first I waited at the counter I booked the ticket. When my number came the counter person told me to go to boarding station to cancel the ticket. then I went to the saharanpur counter. There I was told that You will get the refund after three days and will have to come again otherwise you can submit the ticket at the roorkee railway station and will get the refund by moneyorder. Then I filled up the TDR form .He told me that your refund will be posted by cheque to the address written by me.
                                              FIVE months have passed but still i didn't receive any cheq ue or DD. Please tell me what i have to do.

                                              I have submitted my return for A.Y.[protected] on 06.09.2007, but till today I have not yet received my refund for the same.
                                              After lot of enquery the Income Tax Officer says that you have to subimit cancelled cheque for MICR code

                                                After severeal follow up Mr. Naveen in Karvy Compueterized in Hydereabad, Till the date i have not receiived my refund of PowerGrid. I request you to kindly send my refund urgently. I have send all documents and mail to powergrid as well as registrar Karvy but till the date i have not received my balance refund of Rs. 38532/-.vide Application No. 21092618

                                                refund — Complaint Against Clerk Working at Counter NO. 4 at Booking Office Ludhiana

                                                To bring to your kind notice Sir/Madam, i want to log a complaint against your clerk at Ludhiana.on 19/07/2008 I went there to get the ticket for Faridabad.I gave Rs 1000/- ( Note Of 1000/). I was in little hurry as train was on the platform So when i reached in the compartment i check the money it was Rs 417/-instead of Rs 917/- because the fare to faridabad is Rs 83/-. I get back to the clerk but the counter of that person was closed and i want to get inside the booking office but there was lock on the door and inspite of my so much request no body opens the door so i went back as train was moving when i catched it . So i consult with someone in train he says me to visit the website of Indian Railway for logging the complaint . So i got your email address but i am not confirmed that whether to whom i am writing is the right person or not . So can you also suggest me that whether i have complainting to right person. So if you are the right person then please take strict action against that person so that in future this will not happen again with anyone and kindly refund my Rs 500/- back.
