        The refund of RS 299 which was processed from Amazon on 12 Jan 2020 has not been reflected in the account till 21/01/2020
        Please look into it. I paid through debit card.
        I have applied for pan card from this website. They charged me Rs.499/-. But I found out that I can apply in NSDL and at Rs.110. I have paid around Rs.300/- extra. They charged me more so I want to cancel my application. And I need a refund.

          Dear team,

          I have booked ticket for booking id :[protected], for which payment failure mail was received to me. So, ticket was not booke succesfully hence i rebooked already a new ticket.
          Further when enquired to airline, it was said that 2 tickets are being booked with same details.
          Airline has canceld the ticket with booking id :[protected].
          Please do it asap on your hand and initiate the refund.

            Unable to solve any problem timely, my two cases are hang on with amazon, fighting for my refund for rs. 44050/- since july'19, every time they asked wait for 48 hrs. Second case some one used my card credentials and made two transactions for rs. 30000/- and rs. 40000/- instantly informed to amazon but they again unable to resolve this issue.                         I checked into the hotel at around 2 pm and I waited till 3.45 for the generators to work or electricity to come. But nothing happened. I also claimed for refund for Rs.1750 that was my booking amount but it got initiated for rs. 700 only. But I did not get even 700.
                        I TRIED TO CALL ON THE CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER PROVIDED ON THE APP. But nobody responded.
                        I have ordered pizza on 13/09/2019 and no order has been placed but the money has been deducted.
                        I had send mails to contact so they said money will be refund within 3 to 7 days but it's 10th day and I have even no updates regarding my refund.

                        They dont even answer my mails.

                              I have purchased samsung m20 mobile from amazon on 22-may-2019 by making payment of 5, 940 through indian bank debit card. I have returned the item and amazon initiated refund on 25-may-2019 with refund reference number of[protected]. I visited branch for solution and they contacted billdesk which is the payment gateway. Bill desk is asking to get payment reference number from branch for which branch has no answer. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution.

                                Ordered #OmbreLane dress from #Jabong. The quality is so bad I can't even image. And color is not also the same. Post delivery they said its 'non refundable, non exchangeable'. While we did the booking its was not showing the product is non returnable. I took all the screen shots when booked 2nd time and as reference I have attached the images. Its clearly mentioned 'exchange/return in 15days'.
                                I spend 1800rs for a non branded product. I trusted #Jabong for this and the experience is terribly bad. The quality is very very bad. #Jabong are selling are bad quality products. I requested many time for refund my money evwrytime they are they will not in adament tone.

                                              Sir, on 19/10/2018 i have went for shopping during that time i have swiped the amount of rs. 24800 it was debited in my account but it was not credited to beneficiary account then again i have swiped same amount of rs.24800 but this time amount was debited and so credited to beneficiary account..                                                 I hope someone can help me againt these mother ### frauds, 4 times I have send an email, and every time i get a reply, please update bank details, i called up customer service 3 times, was escalated to a supervisor, she promised me that the refund would happen, it hasn't happened, please someone can help me for getting a refund on the order no : Order Number[protected]-4232001.I am going to file a police complaint against the pick up guys, please someone can suggest something, Jabong is a Fraud Company

                                                      On march 8, 2018 i registered for journalism course livewires media insititue. I paid 5000rs for registration and it was refundable as they said. But it has been 2 months since i have requested for refund. Manager of institute is not responding. Wen call in the institute they just disconnect the call knowing my name.                                                         I am also facing the same problem as refund on cancelled tickets is not credited to my account even after 1 month.
                                                        Bank customer care informed me that irctc has not given refund instructions to bank and irctc is not accepting this statement.

                                                        Did you get your problem solved? Please guide about Escalation Matrix.

                                                          I ordered products in nykaa. Money was cut from my acc and the order was not placed. I enquired the band for the refund. But, they responded that the transfer was successful. I didnt get my refund of rs.782 on order placed on 10 march, 2018. I already placed a refund request on nykaa on the same day of order cancellation. The reply from nykaa was to consult the bank for refund. I posted a complaint of refund in the sbi website. They replied that money was transferred. Request your merchant for refund. Please refund my money.

                                                          I have not intrested to join any job kindly refund amount to my account.
