We had posted complaint against relaince big tv ystrdy due to disconnection of network yet there has been no change even after receiving calls from their head quarter they asked us to switch on our tv yet they have not refreshed our channel . Though they have admitted that v have 515RS in our account they are making fool o[censored]s they keep on saying wait fr 2 mins your channels would be refreshed soonly yet their has been no response still they ask for feedback .Wat feedback they want? WHY ARE THEY MAKING FOOL O[censored]S BY MAKING US WAIT FOR HOURS N HOURS EVEN AFTER SAYING WAIT FOR 2MINS.There has been no bad response in other networks till now what all we have heard .dont force us to switch to another network.This should be considered as soon as possible.if still its persists than our next compalint would b directly to the consumer court.SMART CARD NO:[protected].GO THROUGH THIS SMART CARD NO AT YOUR EARLIST..
