Relaince Big Tv — Poor services on complaint registered

My name is Shashikant, few days back my family complaint for No single issue in our existing BIG TV (Smart Card No.[protected], Complaint No.[protected] dtd. 27.05.2016 and[protected] dtd. 30.05.2016).

Customer care closed the first complaint without informing us and solving our problem, again we raised our complaint on 30.05.2016 and told us that next day technical person will our home and again this time nobody visited.

Since then almost 5 days passed and nobody came to solve our problem.

Next day (02.06.2016) again I raised my complaint, finally service man came but could not solve our problem and told us that their is a technical problem in our dish antenna.

since then I am dialling customer care department but not able to connect and each and every time they tell us that they could not connect right now.

I have depressed that such a company owned by good group not entertaining consumer complaint.

Please help me in replacement of my dish antenna as soon as possible ( due to technical problem ) and also refund the entire amount since 27th May 2016 to till complaint resolve .

Please help me to resolve my problem as I have got frustrated with this service provider.
