Relaince Communication — Not getting the speed with my Reliance Wipod Device | |||
Dear Sir, I am using an Reliance Wipod Internet, but since last 1 month i am not getting the speed, the device is showing the speed 0 kbps to 200 kbps therefore i am unable to use the internet.(not able to open the website also) I have tried so many calls to Reliance Customer care on[protected] but they are not able to solve the issue and heights of that they are not registering my complaint and not giving the registered complaint number, all The time answer given to me was issue will resolve in 2-3 hours. I my simple words they don't care about the customers. I also tried to lodge the complaint with the reliance store from i purchased the device but they are also not giving proper answer.
