I am trying to get the withdraw of my pf amount but unable to find the same,
During my working periods company change the pay roll multiple times & i don't have docs for reference....

I have recharged my no. [protected], for rs.300/- on this 13 oct 2017, when i checked my balance on 15 oct 2017, its been rs.9/- only, i have not subscribe any service, any plan, then how the balance been deducted without any message or information. If i called please provide me the full detail. I have also trying to contact to customer care, but after lots of hardwork the phone have been disconnecting with sorry.

I will definitely confirm you that it is the worst ever network i am operating.

I have lodged a complain on dated 18/10/2016 regarding wrong deduction from my main balance account of reliance mobile no. [protected], but there was no responce given by reliance communication til now. Id no. 1407530 it is very disgusting and shameful towards costomer. Full of negligent and unfaithful response. I again reminds and attract the attention to my complain. And i hope i will get its resolution as soon as possible....

I have Big problem by relaince service.I have recharge 295 RS.in 295 rs recharge plan is Incoming free, R-R calls free and 30 Min/day for other network 28 days.but in my no [protected] has 2 days does not work 30 mint/day offer.only 26 days work 30 mint.when we call customer care they said technical problem please call you leter after 24 hours..every month says same thing.this problem last 4 months..and also second problem is my recharge 18 May 2016 295 Rs online recharge with validity 16 June 2016 but now it show 14 june 2016 only 2 day before my plan crash.why company show 28 day work plan whenever 26 days work only...please help me..as soon as possible.

My complaint is still not resolved and I think never get resolve! Reliance has still deducting money on name of vas! I have no options left except switching to other network! Reliance communications is" MAHACHOR, , THAG "COMPANY, , , I suggest everyone not to go for reliance!...

Dear Sir My Data card number is [protected] re-charged on 26/08/2015 but transaction failed and data card not re=charged. Transaction number is 92491024 dt 26/08/2015 for Rs 699/-. We had lodged a complaint to customer service on the next day as the amount not re-credited. they have given te complaint number[protected] and told that amount will be credited with 7 days. But regret to state that till now the amount not credited. Today again we enquired with cusnoter care., and they are not able to provide the clear idea on this and even when it will be credited to our accoumt It is shame to relaince part as this is big companay cheating the clients by receiving the amount and not re-crediting the same for the failed ti re-charge the data card due to the server pronlems. Even the customer care people do not konw the process and how it will happen. Request you to please help us to get this amount credited to our account Thanks and regards Venkatramana Bhat V

Dear Sir, I am using an Reliance Wipod Internet, but since last 1 month i am not getting the speed, the device is showing the speed 0 kbps to 200 kbps therefore i am unable to use the internet.(not able to open the website also) I have tried so many calls to Reliance Customer care on[protected] but they are not able to solve the issue and heights of that they are not registering my complaint and not giving the registered complaint number, all The time answer given to me was issue will resolve in 2-3 hours. I my simple words they don't care about the customers. I also tried to lodge the complaint with the reliance store from i purchased the device but they are also not giving proper answer.
