Hi,
I have purchased the sparx sports shoes for myself on 20 may 2017. And on the next weekend wore them to my trip. On the trip it was fine however after returning from the trip there is persistent pain on my right feet. And when it didn't subside by the next week i visited. Doctor who suggested me to discard shoes as it could be faulty. I have been wearing sparx shoes from long, never encountered such issue. Can you please look into the matter. And get me the replacement for the faulty shoes.

    I usually buy your product, but recently it was unsatisfactory response from your staff. No staff will come and entertain to customer in rajouri garden showroom and very very bad experience. The employees generally behave in a nonchalant way and didn't give a damn about their decades long customers. I recommend everyone to be beware and not to come again in their showroom.

    I am very regular customer of relaxo footwear, purchase two pair of shoes from above shop, but i found that within two month a pair of shoes is damaged from side, and out look of shoe is also look like very bad is compare to new shoe within a very short time.
    Sir i have buy u r product code no pug54 from Punjab kotkapura (151204) show room. I am facing a problem, sole of my foot wear is damage so please do something for me sir i do trust in u r products from a long period of time

      My name is Mahendra Singh Solanki and I am a government employee. Living at Pali Marwar. I believed that the Relexo Footwear Company is one of the renowned companies of the Indian Footwear Market. Thinking about this, I bought a pair of slippers in the amount of Rs 899 (bill attached) on 16/05/17, for the first time from the showroom of Ralexo located at Mastan Babaji's place in Pali Marwar.But, it is regretted that within 15 days, belt of slippers came out (Photo attached).
      I will go to the Relaxo showeroom tomorrow with this such slippers. I am sure that you
      will maintain or continue my belief on Relaxo brand by changing a pair of new slippers in place of my old slippers.

        I have purchase a shoes from outlet in firozpur cantt relaxo showrom, but in 10 days from purchase shoes got damaged nd wrinkles in shoes, i have return back to dealer for exchange, ask its go to company please wait for 7 days.
        Now 10 days i visited to showroom. They guys make me a fool … shoes is same condition nd repaired by fevi quick by local agent

        Please arrange to return my money back or exchange the shoes

          I had purchased items amounting Rs 354/- and try to make payment through debit card on[protected] at Putlighar, showroom shop no.332, Preet Tower, Sop machine was not properly connected and probleming to receiving payment. At the same time, i received a message that payment had been deducted from my account but pos showing sale cancelled vide stan 005049 time 185136. So I had paid by cash.Hence, it is requested to refund Rs.354/- through Putlighar dealer as bank process is very lenghty. Request an early action and confirm..

            I went to purchase some items from your store located at sector 7 rohini on 2nd of may 2017, my invoice no is 01718R[protected] where there I got my helmet exchanged/stolen, when I asked for store keeper about the helmet he replied that that's customer problem, customer had to take care of heir belonging, how could one take care of belonging while buying shoes and slippers, and why not there's any ccTV installed at your store.and there aren't any guard. Please have a look what you could do.
            Agar store mai jane se mera saman chori ho jata hai to kavi nahi jaunga.

              Relaxo bandhan program scheme in 2016. customer care called us and ask us to buy more and more products so that you can avail coupon and redeem them. till date item not dispatched and now they are not dealing with the problem properly.

              detail regarding purchase in bandhan program and i have not received my gifts till now and also customer care is not dealing properly. I contact ASI Mr. Shravan kumar about my matter and he was talking me so roudely and told me that he will not deal with my case and said do what ever you want. how can a employee of your company can talk to the customer like this. at the time of program many calls came regarding scheme and they told to buy more and more products to avail more coupon and today you are not giving gifts which are been redeem by the customer. is your company fraud not dealing the case and not replying any of the mail. if this will continue and if i will not get my gifts in coming week then i am going to lodge a complain against the company in consumer forum and also complain regarding misbehaviour with the customer.

              if somebody can provide my senior's no. of relaxo bandhan program then please do avail me the no so that i can contact them and resolve my problem.

                Team on 15 feb we visitid relaxo sahibabad shalimargarden shoroom
                We select pair of footwear my mom ask for another fresh pair of same which we select
                A chotu type guy took another pair for us, But we doubt as slight color change in first pair flower how it same in seconds .Then I ask him to get first one again to chk because the team laughing seeing each other After 15 min, when I shouted on them then says Don't have second pair. Then I loose my temper and is this the way u treated ur customers
                Then one guy said: " mam aap hame salary nahi deti so don't shout "
                I said: we purchase then u being paid, I complain about you The ur without uniform man says: " jo karna hai kar lo hume koi farak nahi padta .I am schoked with such types of experience at relexo showroom

                  I have purchased a pair of shoes few month back from your Ashok Vihar outlet (dDeep Market), now when the shoe base has started detaching and about to broke then today dated 22nd Jan 17 I went to the outlet and ask them about the problem, the person there told me that this shoe is not from there outlet and also misbehaved with me, also he told me that if I bought the product from other relaxo outlet than it might be possible that the product is duplicate as many of the relaxo store keep duplicate products. When I told him that I bought the product only from this outlet he asked me for the bill I told him that I lost the bill and you can check the shoes that whether it is of relaxo or not if you people do not trust your customers. But he did not do the same.

                  I want the response for the above complaint else I will file a legal case for not fulfilling the warranty.

                    On 4th December, 2016, I have purchased 3 pairs of Shoes of Relaxo Footwear Limited from a Relaxo Retail Shop RS253, Ludhiana (Shingar Cinema Road) vide Invoice No. 01617R[protected].

                    Out of the these One pair of shoes purchased by me for my son was of such a poor quality that it just broke down within 3-4 days of the purchase. I immediately complained the same to that Shop but of no avail. I tried several nos. mentioned on the Invoice but of no use.

                    You are requested to immediately replace the said pair of shoes.

                      Last month i had purchased two shoes from relaxo stall in Pragati Maidan,
                      total bill was Rs. 1237/- .
                      Person @ stall swipe my credit card and after entering amount i had enter pin few seconds later it was declined for unknown reason machine received decline slip... so we make one more try this time got successful message.
                      But now i had received statement from bank which is showing two times transaction to relaxo.

                      I need you help to refund amount.

                            This is gopesh agarwal and one of the shoes was purchased last month from your retailer address:relaxo footwear limited, sco-10, kalgidhar enclave, baltana zirakpur -140603 on dated 10/16/2016.
                            Bill copy is attached.
                            On 5fth day from purchase its thread started tear off and immediately this shoes was handed over to above shop.
                            He kept this shoes for 5 days and by using fevi quick he fixed thread to the shoe.
                            Photographs of both shoes taken and attached. Mark of fevi quick u can see.
                            On asking he told that it was attended by local cobbler. But not by authorised relaxo.
                            Now he is not ready to replace the shoes.

                            What customer should do??.
                            Should consumerforum be approached??

                            Pl look into matter and asked him to replace immediately

According to company warranty policy I have right to claim 100% compensation.                                 Hi I brought the above sandal from paschim vihar relaxo it was really uncomfortable as I weared them my skin above ankle was badly hurt by constant rubbing of sandal I went to complain to store about the defect of product after which he assured that they have corrected I took it back again I got the same problem the current product is of 600 rs I want the full replacement for the amount you're have only issued 50 percent of the amount you can talk to branch head about the issue and settle it as soon as possible thanks.

                                    Hi,

                                    I would like to complaint for the product which was newly launched by you i. E. Sm – 228.

                                    I bought the pair of shoes on 1st august considering the shoes would be very comfortable and value for money. I thereafter, went to another city i. E. Jodhpur for 5 days family trip in the month end.

                                    When i came back from the visit, i noticed that the sole of the shoes has started to come out within one month of subscribing them.

                                    After 6-7 days when i had time from my office routine, i went to your branch i. E. Tin [protected] ward 206 and complained about the teared sole of the shoes and asked them to replace the shoes or offer the refund.

                                    To my surprise they told that refund for 50% would be provided and not more than that as i had approached them after one month.

                                    First of all, no customer thinks while buying the shoes and that too from such a reputed brand that the shoes sole will tear off within one month and would have to refund within one month to take the refund as applicable.

                                    I also thought that weather if it is one month or 4-5 days extra, this is a branded shoes which holds minimum warranty of 3-6 months.

                                    Please find the pictures and receipt of the shoes purchased. You will yourself notice the bad condition of the shoes and how it will bring disrepute to your sparx brand if the pictuers are made live on youtube, facebook and other online media.

                                    I request you to refund the full amount or offer the shoes of the same values for which the shoes were purchased. 50% of refund is not acceptable at all.

                                    Please consider this as a request as well as a written warning if the above is not considered, i will spread the images on various online medias which will spoile the image of sparx and will also send a legal notice to you.

                                    Hope, i would be heard to and would not be forced to take any action which would spoile the image of sparx brand from relaxo.

                                      Reference my bill dated 9.7.2016, I bought item no I[protected]f6 with MRP 699.00 at discount in rs 454.35 and item no I[protected]RP at MRP Rs 239.50
                                      As seen from pics attached document sandals are in new condition I. Each. Haven't been worn much however duemail to poor quality of material used during products r showing serious signs of damage even when worn 1-2 times.
                                      I contacted d retail outlet at I.P. EXTENSION almost 20 days back and I was not offered a resolution. Instead I was referred to contact customer care for resolution of my problem.
                                      I require refund of d amount spent as mentioned above. Kindly let me know procedure for refund. Please note I am not interested in replacement as I know don't quality o[censored] r product has degraded n I don't want to come running to u again for refund

                                        Purchased a shoes pair on 19/7 /2016 for Rs1799/ after one & half month, leather is peeling off, they took the pair but said that it is external damage hence no claim or refund.

                                        Sales person didn't briefed that it was not leather at time of buying.

                                        This brand can't be believed and they fool customers.
