I have purchase a shoes from outlet in firozpur cantt relaxo showrom, but in 10 days from purchase shoes got damaged nd wrinkles in shoes, i have return back to dealer for exchange, ask its go to company please wait for 7 days.
Now 10 days i visited to showroom. They guys make me a fool … shoes is same condition nd repaired by fevi quick by local agent

Please arrange to return my money back...

I had bought boston shoes from relaxo outlet on 11th march 2017. But approx after 1 month their condition gone be very bad. I had bought it for quality but after pay 1999 rs for it. This is gopesh agarwal and one of the shoes was purchased last month from your retailer address:relaxo footwear limited, sco-10, kalgidhar enclave, baltana zirakpur -140603 on dated 10/16/2016.

On 5fth day from purchase its thread started tear off and immediately this shoes was handed over to above shop.
He kept this shoes for 5 days and by using fevi quick he fixed thread to the shoe.

I have bought a shoes from Relaxo show room at 24/10/16 .but 12 days after I am getting damaged . According to company warranty policy I have right to claim 100% compensation. However I have consulted to the respective show room to claim 100% compensation according to the company warranty but they refused. so now what can I do . And possible pls solve my problem....
