Dear Sir
We have purchased footwear from Factory outlet in HISAR, Article No. KF044/ Child/ 36/ Brown against invoice no [protected]. To my surprise its strap comes out with in 2 days. I could not understand how good quality they are manufacturing. Also on complain behavior of there representative is not up to mark, which can be confirm in there visitor book by different people on different occasion. We request them to attend to problem on urgent basis as this is damaging the reputation of there company which the company has earned after numerous years of providing service to customers & quality product. Also i would like to suggest to give some complain no. in case of defect in any article so that people can trace the true status. I hope to get a genuine reply.

Dear All,

I am purchase 1 gents ss-406 nbl but now i am facing a problem sole is broken very badly & shopkeeper says its with in 60 to 75 days warranty period so gives me 159 rs copan (invoice no-[protected]) sales return but i am not satisfied because my buying price is 636 so please do needful.I am waiting for your reply.

I purchased relaxo bathroom slippers from kalkajee branch on 25th november-09 worth Rs.249 which I found to be defective as it got torn within fifteen days. I returned back to the branch on 17th of december and after 20 days they told me that's because of wera and tear. I asked them that slippers are meant to be worn at home and the quality they claim is sky high. They did not even considered to get it stitched. my invoice no. is [protected]. Also they misbehaved didn't give me the higher authorities number. This is disgusting to see such a renowned company to behave in such an irresponsible manner. I need action to be taken kindly let me know where i can file my complaint.

Relaxo Footwear — Shoe Quality is poor

I purchased Boston shoes of rs 1499, but I wear after 2-3 months. Within one month after wearing, some black layer from top is ripping off and shoes looks so ugly seems like Shoes of some poor guy who is wearing shoes of someone else's retired shoe

    I purchased one pair of gent's shoe and one pair of ladies shoe vide invoice no [protected] on 02/11/08 from its retail shoppe at Palam Colony shop no WZ-172/1 Sadh Nagar Main Mkt Palam Colony New Delhi.Both pair of shoes got discoloured within a weak and when reported to dealer he refused to changed then talked to company but could not get satisfactory reply.Please look into the matter so that consumers should not be cheated.

    and outlet on gandi nagar probelm on shoes hard lather upper side on shoes. my rh foot broken in your shoes and my rh leg injuray. refuend in shoes on your out let 30112009 no reply oncompeny. plz chk the shoes or probelm in solve

    i had bought one pair of sleepers and shoes(sm100) and i got fault on both products . i had purchased from valsad shop and went punjab for further studies then also i had registered complaint against it within 2 months i had given sleeper back at valsad shop for replacement but they r not aceepting my shoes, so solve my both problem sleeeper as well as shoes

    uncomfortable shoes

    I have purchased relaxo sparx shoes about 3 months ago. Now I am facing problems with those shoes like incorrect pasting at front, cracks at bottom etc.kindly solve it as soon as possible.

      I purchase one pair of sleepers i.e. MJ-500, 728 for my wife from Relaxo outlet at Gali NO. 1, Main 60 Feet Road, Vishwash Nagar, Shahdara, Delhi-110032 on 27/03/2008 of Rs. 630/-. But only after 25 days upper layer of the sleepers become damaged/faded. I gave these sleepers to aforesaid outlet on 14/05/2008 for replacement. But on 24/05/2008 your outlet incharge returned my sleepers as it is and told me that these sleepers will not replaced. Sir, I spent Rs. 630/- to purchase sleepers on company brandname. But I use that sleepers only 25 days. According to company's rule there is the warranty of 90 days but my sleepers were not replaced below 60 days why.
