Recently I purchased Sparx footwear vide invoice no 02324R[protected] on 10Jun from Surendra nagar Lucknow outlet,
However it's outer anti skid base sole of one leg has detached and fluttering while walking within a span of one week
Kindly look into quality issue of the product and act accordingly.

    Have been customer of Relaxo footwear since last few years however experience this time was pathetic.

    Product which i have bought got damaged couple of months back and that too when it was not wore just at couple of instances.

    Not expected such pathetic experience from a renowned brand.

      I order footwear from Relaxo Footwear Official Website. i order Casual Shles for men SM 737 footwear from which i made a return request 30 days ago from today, my product picked up next day but still not received refund.

      Sir I have ordered a pair of shoes from relaxo footwear online with order no. [protected] and i have returned it as well and it has been received back to the store also This all happened in first of Feb but i have not received the refund yet
      I have been trying to contact the help desk by call by mails but no positive response from the company.
      Sir please it's a matter of concern of the company goodwill and peoples faith in it

        Today I went to Relaxo Showroom Rajajipuram Lucknow where I liked a footwear whose marked price ie MRP was Rs 219 when I paid by card at the counter they deducted ₹ 274 instead of ₹ 219 then I complained about it to the billing counter man, he started misbehaving with me and my mother and started scolding by saying that there will be a problem with the new goods and it is your fault, we don't know, now the bill has been deducted.Now nothing can happen and he misbehaved with my mother a lot and also started saying go do whatever you can and started using wrong words and started saying that my name is Deepu Tiwari where you have to complain, you, I don't bother then on intervention of other customers there, he returned the money to us and said that these people are dying for 10-20 ruppeesWe are the customer of relaxo since a long but by this behaviour we are feeling bad so it requires some immediate and Nessesory action against this person(Deepo tiwari) thankyou

              Dear Team

              I have purchased one pair of black shoes from an exclusive relaxo store at kapurthala for Rs.749.40/- dated 12.02.2023. The manager of the store did not give the bill for the purchase & said that you will receive a message for this purchase on your mobile phone but it didn't come. Anyhow, invoice was not important to me as I & my family are regular customers of Relaxo footwear & satisfied as well till last week, but to my astonishment when I wore the new purchased shoes on 19.02.2023 (Sunday) on marriage function for which I have purchased these shoes, on the same evening I observed cuts on sides & on top of the shoes.

              The very next day (20.02.2023) I went to the store but to my disappointment, manager of the store was on leave so today again on the way back from my job I went to get the shoes replaced but the manager said for that you need to put an online complaint on this mail ID to get the needful done.

              Today he seemed to be a totally changed person because at the time of purchase he said "arre sir aap kyun chinta karte ho agar koi dikkat ayegi toh mere paas le aana". When I confronted him about why he had given me false assurance at the time of purchase that he is there to replace the pair if there is any problem with the same, he didn't reply and told me to contact customer care.

              Looking for a positive & quick response from your side as this is my hard earned money and I would not let it go waste like this. Either I want a replacement for the same or full refund of my purchase.

                Dear Sir I have purchased one Boston Comfort shoes on 17.12.2022 from H54F Bank Street Munirka New Delhi for Rs 1600/-from HDFC Credit Card. When I visited the showroom on 17.12.2022 & tried the shoes it was little bit tight and seller told me that it will become comfortable after using 3-4 times but after using 3-4 times the problem still persists then I visited the showroom today on 22.01.2023 but the representative of showroom refused to resolve the issue & even misbehaved with me. I am a senior citizen of 62 years & very old valuable customer of yours & also at present I m using one chappal & one another pair of shoes of yr brand.

                You r requested to either change the product or refund the amount.

                      Bought men's footwear which is defective. Have called Relaxo customer care all through 14-Nov for hours and no response. No response to emails. Want refund or exchange, not silence. Utterly unacceptable behavior and indifference by Relaxo. Bill number available.

                        We are a Valued Customer of Relaxo Footwear for past 7-8 years.

                        This shop is in Main Market Kapurthala. Company's own retail outlet.

                        Today morning; Relaxo Retail Manager misbehaved with me when we visited to get a footwear replaced.

                        The point was that we purchased a footwear on 29th October Afternoon and we were told about the replacement period is 7 days. We could not go on / before seven day since we live a little far off in a village.

                        On the 8th day morning we went to request for replacement. He refused but we tried to convince him that my mother was unwell so could not come last evening.

                        He (your manager) misbehaved to the extent that he asked one of his employees to close the door and then he used abusive language.

                        He has done it earlier also...but this time he crossed the limit.

                        He was about to hit me and threw the footwear and asked me to leave.

                        We will not go to any Relaxo Footwear again till he is punished.

                          I had ordered Sparx sandal on 27th September 2022 when I received it there was manufacturing defect and also I don't like quality of product so I placed return request in same day I received product and it returned back to relaxo footwear office on 13.10.2022 but till date I haven't Received any refund for that .I already mailed to relaxo footwear thrice but didn't get any reply and also had multiple conversations with customer care representative but they give false assurance about refund date... earlier she told me that you will get refund on 27.10.2022 then told 31.10.2022 but still I am waiting for refund.. I don't understand that in era of digitisation and especially digital transaction is promoted by our Honorable prime minister why this people take to much time to refund money to customer...

                            I bought a pair of shoes branding with "BOSTON" on date 23 October, 2022 from RELAXO store in Urban Estate, HISAR of MRP 1399. You can look up my purchase record(Invoice No : 02223R[protected] and Bill No. is 02223R[protected] in your system. But the product was of VERY POOR quality. I wear it for two times only. The shoes was tore from the few places inside the shoes. But from BRAND, this was not expected. This was not a symbol of good brand. So, I want and request you to the complete refund of my money or replace the defective product with good one.

                                  I have purchased a pair of shoes for my daughter 1.5 yrs old online from relaxo footwear on 27.09.2022 and the order id is C03316602 and it was shipped by courier name shadowfax and AWB no is SF86433502KR. And the date of delivery was 03.10.2022. However the product is not delivered till date and when the product is being tracked, every day the delivery date is being updated as next date. And there is no point of contact given where we can communicate with them.
                                  It is a requested to intervene in the said matter and take strict action against both of them.
