We are a Valued Customer of Relaxo Footwear for past 7-8 years.

This shop is in Main Market Kapurthala. Company's own retail outlet.

Today morning; Relaxo Retail Manager misbehaved with me when we visited to get a footwear replaced.

The point was that we purchased a footwear on 29th October Afternoon and we were told about the replacement period is 7 days. We could not go on / before seven day since we live a little far off in a village.

On the 8th day morning we went to request for replacement. He refused but we tried to convince him that my mother was unwell so could not come last evening.

He (your manager) misbehaved to the extent that he asked one of his employees to close the door and then he used abusive language.

He has done it earlier also...but this time he crossed the limit.

He was about to hit me and threw the footwear and asked me to leave.

We will not go to any Relaxo Footwear again till he is punished.

    I had ordered Sparx sandal on 27th September 2022 when I received it there was manufacturing defect and also I don't like quality of product so I placed return request in same day I received product and it returned back to relaxo footwear office on 13.10.2022 but till date I haven't Received any refund for that .I already mailed to relaxo footwear thrice but didn't get any reply and also had multiple conversations with customer care representative but they give false assurance about refund date... earlier she told me that you will get refund on 27.10.2022 then told 31.10.2022 but still I am waiting for refund.. I don't understand that in era of digitisation and especially digital transaction is promoted by our Honorable prime minister why this people take to much time to refund money to customer...

      I bought a pair of shoes branding with "BOSTON" on date 23 October, 2022 from RELAXO store in Urban Estate, HISAR of MRP 1399. You can look up my purchase record(Invoice No : 02223R[protected] and Bill No. is 02223R[protected] in your system. But the product was of VERY POOR quality. I wear it for two times only. The shoes was tore from the few places inside the shoes. But from BRAND, this was not expected. This was not a symbol of good brand. So, I want and request you to the complete refund of my money or replace the defective product with good one.

            I have purchased a pair of shoes for my daughter 1.5 yrs old online from relaxo footwear on 27.09.2022 and the order id is C03316602 and it was shipped by courier name shadowfax and AWB no is SF86433502KR. And the date of delivery was 03.10.2022. However the product is not delivered till date and when the product is being tracked, every day the delivery date is being updated as next date. And there is no point of contact given where we can communicate with them.
            It is a requested to intervene in the said matter and take strict action against both of them.

              I bought boston leather shoes from mansa, punjab on 25/2/2022 for 1423rs. I wore it occasionally. It's leather tore out in just 5-6 months. It's really very disappointing to buy such a costly pair of shoes with such low quality.
              I have original bill. I visited the local showroom they asked me to contact customer care. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed after this. I hope you will refund the amount or replace the shoes whichever is feasible.

                Prepaid order of slippers placed on 29/08/2022. After the payment of INR 529, the order confirmation page was displayed. Order no. #[protected] was allotted but no confirmation email or SMS was received. Now, the website is showing no such order exists. I tried contacting relaxo support via email but no response was received.

                Please provide a refund for the deducted money.

                The order was delivered about 10 days after placing, but no information was available on the website, and neither received any communication via email. The complaint via email also wasn't reverted.

                    Dear team,

                    I have purchased sandel from relaxo worth 899 (invoice no 02223F[protected]. My sandel tear out within 10 days just after two time use. I visit store for change but he ask me to visit after some more days as I visit in the morning times. After that I got busy and visited again today but after that they are showing me a policy and stating that they an refund only 25% of invoice price.

                        I purchased a shoe pair from Relaxo Footwear Limited Retail Shoppe as attached on dated 24/07/2022.

                        I wear this shoe only once and shoes upper is damaged as attached.

                        I already returned this 10 days but not recd any solution from the store manager till now.

                        so, i need to complain here look into this matter seriously .

                        Because i don't believe this type of quality issue in the brand of RELAXO Footwear products .

                        It is a very big prestige issue for Relaxo Footwear Ltd.

                        i did not purchase shoes from the roadside i was purchased them from Relaxo store.

                        i am a salaried person and can't afford Rs.525/- rupees per day shoe expenses .
                        i was wearing a shoe only 1 time and how we can manage this kind of expense?
                        Pls put yourself instead of me.

                              I want to complain about the quality of slippers that i nearly bought a month back. The taping has already come off and now we got to fix that. Why the hell did this happen when we are paying as much as the company demands? This is ###. It doesn't matter if it's just slippers, your only job is to be good at it. Stop selling these scam products by endorsing a star cast. I want a complete refund here. Do your best at least now.

                                    I have already return a product which have purchased on relaxofootwear.com (blue coloured sparx slipper) it arrives to me 5 june 2022 then product is not good in condition and not same as shown in website i return that product 7 june 2022 with delivery partner ecomexpress and then i was waiting for my refund then i decided to call relaxofootwear customer care in delhi whare house there executive told me product hasnt arrived then i call again and again but but no response from delhi whare house then i called delivery partner ecomexpress but they told me product has been received in delhi whare house then i try again but no response and the executive is very rude and not helping then he called me on tuesday 28 june 2022 and told me your parcel is arrived in delhi whare house and this is not (sparx slipper) this is flite slipper from relaxo i told him i didn't received that kind of product but he told me you return this product i cant do anything then i decide to do complaint against relaxofootwear my humble request to you relaxofootwear please refund my money i already return sparx slipper product name otherwise return this what ever you received any product i will accept that product but i cant give you delivery charges for that product kindly refund or return that product flite slipper

                                        I bought these Relaxo shoes under brand name boston in 2020. And I only had used them for about 15-20 times under normal conditions like events/ceremonies in only 3-5 star hotels/venues for an average of 10 hours [You can see in the video that the sole is in great condition which proves my point].

                                        Although, they started getting creases/wrinkles after the first few wears, so I went to their showroom and told the staff about the same but they assured me that it was nothing to worry about so I kept them and as we all worked from home during pandemic so I never got the chance to wear them on regular basis and when I used them last time about a month ago, they got completely torn apart and devastated and that is only about their 15-16th use. And it's clearly visible in the video that they don't even use good quality synthetic material in their shoes instead, they use some sort of cheap fusing/latex, which doesn't even worth Rs.100/- but they sell at Rs.2000/- with around 95% profit margin. Even chinese roadside brand are better than these Relaxo Footwears in terms of ROI.

                                        As I know that now it's no time to go to their showroom and argue with their staff as they would only say that I should have come earlier, which I did, remember I visited the showroom on the very first crease/wrinkle?, but they wouldn't understand & moreover, it will just waste more of my time.

                                        So, I am writing this review to make the reader aware about the cheap quality of footwears produced by Relaxo footwear. And if you prefer quality over quantity then never shop at Relaxo footwear. And also forward this review to your friends and family so they make informed decision while buying footwear.
