One pair of shoes item no. I0002259 NU-TENNIS-04 GENTS 6 WHITE bought on 01/08/2021 from shop no. 29/6 Malwal road Firozepur City Punjab Pin 152002 vide invoice no. 0212R[protected]
After only one use when the shoes washed the colour of the shoes changed into light yellow from white.
I want 100% claim.

    Ur etah showroom staff is just discusting ..no person here available with well behaviour to customers..

    Also i[censored] request for the product if it is not available than they said the product not available .. i said i want to order they tell there is no facilities from the company i[censored] like the product but the product not available on demand

      I have purchased relaxo sandals for Haridwar Showroom 2-3 months back that was the almost closing time so the manager ask me to take the invoice next day which we couldn't collect. I have sandals used only 2 months. After two months later sandals have many cracks on the soles. I am regular customer of Relaxo but this time I am very disappointed so please return or exchange my sandals. I have also complaint to the showroom manager, Relaxo Haridwar but he refuse to do so and advice me to write to consumer forum.

        Hi there!

        Please be informed that a bought a pair of relaxo slippers from a store in SantoshPur, Kolkata, West Bengal. The price of the same is Rs. 249.50.

        It is before a month has passed, the pasting of the shoe came off near the fingers. I had visited the store on the afternoon of 05/08/2021 at around 15:00 hrs to inform the same to the store salesman & the store manager, they said the shoes don't have a warranty on the same & it's the company policy. When I told them nothing such is mentioned on the rear of the cash memo, they turned quiet & came up with vague excuses of not replacing the same.

        The cash memo that I have been given doesn't say anything like that. Either the guys at the store are lying or the company is practicing business malpractice.

        I wonder how can a pasting just come off in some 20+ days??? Either the company produced a defective product or are using bad raw materials.

        I would want you guys to intervene & help me sort out the matter.

        I have shared all necessary images for your perusal & actionable.

                I am sona, have purchased relaxo sandals for Dewas Showroom on dated 24.02.2021. I have sandals used only 2 months. After two months later sandals have many cracks on the soles. I am regular customer of Relaxo but this time I am very disappointed so please return or exchange my sandals. I have also complaint to the showroom manager, Relaxo Dewas.

                  I submitted my complaint to you and to your outlet of sector 11 ROHINI but nobody is giving heed. Before purchase, I told your staff about problem of my son foot but they are much confident about product. As i am your very old customer and have trust in your product. I purchased but net of same was unstiched itself. I deposited to outlet for replacement. But you refused to replace giving lame and fabricated execuses. under forced circumstances, i accept to pay the charges of repair. But after three months, outlet staff refuse to repair the same. I will not pick the shoes untill resolution because it is waist for me. i request you, pl look into the matter so that our relationship remain continue.

                    I have bought a military color shoes from relaxo outlet shop no 913, shivaji nagar, shingar cinema road, Ludhiana. Punjab. After five months the shoes got cracked from the bottom of the sole. I'm getting very much disappointed to buy such shoes of relaxo. My 849/ amount goes waste. Kindly look into the matter otherwise customers will lose faith in this brand.

                      I bought sparx brand slippers of your company form day one it is hurting for legs i ignored considering that as new slippers will be fine in some days o[censored]se. But to my utter suprise it is being 2 months now the slipper is too hurting me and has caused various cuts results black spots on my foot. I am very disappointed by quality of slippers need a replacement or refund for the same

                          Relaxo is very bad company, once they sell there product, he don't know, who you are, he doesn't respond on my complain, it's very ridiculous, wastes of money ...

                                  My order was flite slippers, and it's late too much, I don't have such type of patience, I ordered at 26 April and today date is 5 may, please don't do that, one thing I want to mention that many customer was complaining me for the quality of slippers and sandal so, don't waste our money, time and hope like that...

                                  Why at relaxo customer care number, they always said that our customer care representative are busy, there was too many complain because of customer care was busy all the time or you don't want to respond your customer, it's too irritating, I call 10 times in a day in time range and valid day.

                                    Before one month I purchased pokemon slippers of Cost Rs 375 for my daughter, as she became very impressed to see look of the slippers, to see the happiness of my child I purchased it but I think it was my mistake that I did blindly faith in relaxo because after 25 days o[censored]se it becomes totally spoil, It is unbelievable for me that what a such brand can cheat the consumers in such a way, I am sure such type local slippers can be easily available in the market at cost o[censored]nder rs 80, so I am Requesting you do not cheat your consumer in name of child item like as pokemon slippers with high cost and worst quality, Shortly I am going to put a Review video of your worst quality on YouTube.                                       I had purchased Bahamas Slipper looking to quality name of Relaxo however I had a terrible experience in very first transaction. From very next day of my purchase of Bahamas Slipper, it get started bending which looks very pathetic and even size of slipper also been reduced now.after 15-20 day. I am very very dissatisfied with Relaxo product and I will not buy any Relaxo product in future. Photgraph is attached herewith.
