I would like to inform you that I'm a regular customer of your showroom
but on Monday I went to the showroom and I have choose Boston shoe in tan color. it was on discount, so I selected it and ready for billing but the salesman said that it is defected so you may wait till Saturday and Sunday. Then u can get more discount, I said ok but today (Sunday) when I went to collect the shoe they said they have already sold it . I am very disappointed by the behavior of salesman.

    Hello Sir/Madam I purchased relaxo sparx slipper from ur ludhiana shingar road showroom. But slipper quality is worst and uncomfortable. I use sparx brand bcoz sparx is comfortable brand but this slipper quality is low class. Plzz resolve my problem. Plz My change my slipper.

      I have purchased a leather formal shoes 01 pair on 06th Feb'21. But its been a month shoes has been opened from one side and has been damaged. This type of quality is not acceptable from Relaxo brand. Dear team please do the needful doe and refund my amount asap or change these shoes from where i have procured.         Dear sir,
        I would like to inform you that i have purchased FLITE-PUL 50 Ladies Brown colour footwear size
        4(PUL050L-SIZE 4) from Satish boot house-virar west today on 26.02.2021
        To my surprise i observed two different MRP on the footwear (LEFT LEG FOOTWEAR 199.50 and RIGHT LEG
        FOOTWEAR209.50). Is this complying to legal requirement.
        Can you pl. revert why this MRP difference in a pair of footwear.
        Shop keeper has charged me 209/-
        Can you pl. explain and revert what is to be done in this case?
        we have complained on company customer care but there is no response

          I made several complaints regarding poor quality of shoes which cause damage of shoes within 2 days. customer care is improfessional and useless. they are neither responding nor replacing shoes. their guarantee policy as printed on bill is completely bogus/fake and eye wash.

            After 10 days of buying shoes, a big hole appeared on upper of shoes. submited to show room at sec 11 rohini, delhi but fiund very rough response. customer care also follow the same line and refused to replace. even refuse to give satisfactory response on e mail. Your staff is very rough like your product.

              I drooped out mail related product issue which i buy from gomti nagar lucknow branch after the hour i call him in the shop related product issue but they denied to replace it they told us to connect with you through the mail. once will get the approval will take care of it. every details i sent you with the mail i.e bill and pics of shoes, kindly approved this or replace with same other so little happiness come on to me.

I Just Purchase Shoes but in Few days my shoes got damage . i just go in show room. salesman take shoes and give me after repair in 5 days. but again 4 and 5 day whole shoes damage and sole also fully damage. please solve otherwise i will take help of consumer court.

                        With reference to above i had purchased two baby footwear in an offer buy 2 get one free.its price was rs 499/- for 2 and rs 399/- for 1 when I asked about which two items I have to paid then he told me that which one is higher you have to pay I paid rs 998/- for 2 and did not noticed bill where amount was mentioned 356 for 2 and rs 285/- when I go for an exchange they valued rs 356/-.when I oppose it they threatened me and fold their shirts and removed their clothes for fighting with me.it was a shameful behaviour with me how they treated with me.so i request to you please take appropriate action against them

                                Hi I Satnam Singh visited the your showroom at "near redlight chowk, Kotkapura" for purchase of shoes for myself as i am the regular customer.I alredy purchased some items from same showroom.photos are attched for your ref.But this time showroom Manager (turban wearing person) ignore me and said me Rudely that shoes are in rack see check and buy.when one of the employee of showroom came to me for attend me the manager asked him to not to attend me.After these type of behaviour i am shocked as i am regular customer and now i decided that in future i'll never visit again relaxo showroom at anywhere in India.This is for feedback purpose only...

                                  I had ordered Relaxo Mary Jane Blue shoes.
                                  However received one Green and other Blue

                                  Pathetic customer support. Have called, emailed also shared pics of the product received no solution provided.

                                  Such a big brand name but no quality check done.

                                  I made a mistake by purchasing at Relaxo.

                                  Had to wear for marriage function but now forced to buy from local market.
                                  Also, money stuck with this fraudsters.

                                      Hi I have purchased the flite sleepers last month. This has been purchased from Lajpat Nagar in the month of November. I have wear this slipper for the 3 times. The sole has come out from one the slipper and appears to be a product defect. This is not expected from a leading footwear company of the country. I purchased this product under atamnirbhar bharat and seeing this quality, I am really disappointed
