Releasemyad.com — Ad id, 1266947 refund and strict action against them

Ad i'd 1266947, i had booked on 6th but not publish ad till now. Complaint is not able to print my ad even after 2 weeks. They had confirm that issue is there but not able to tell reason. This is totally unprofessional. They are not even refund my money. By this complaint they will reimburse the money but strict action should be taken. As customer has to suffer, i had called many times for issue they just say sorry. No solution.
