Dear Support,
On 24.08.2023, I had opted for newspaper publication through your 'releasemyad' on 'Indian Express' on the matrimony column (Delhi). The booking ID No is 1788884, due to be published on 03.09.2023. My payment was also accepted. On my conversation with the booking team, they confirmed that since I am in Kolkata at the moment, I can receive a snapshot of the ad by requesting the customer care team on a telephonic call on Monday after 11a.m.
Today when i called the customer care - AN EXTREMELY MISBEHAVED AND RUDE MALE EXECUTIVE ANSWERED THE PHONE. HE REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE SNAPSHOT AND EVEN HIS NAME.
WHEN I REQUESTED HIM TO CONNECT ME TO HIS SENIOR, HE SAID HE IS THE BOSS AND THE SENIOR AS WELL. HE YELLED AT ME AND DISCONNECTED THE PHONE. USUALLY CUSTOMER CARE CALLS ARE RECORDED, I WOULD SUGGEST THAT THE COMPANY HEAD LISTENS TO THE CONVERSATION.
At present despite of making the payment, I do not know whether my ad was published or not. Your actions amount to "DEFICIENCY OF SERVICE" in accordance with the law.
I am heavily disappointed in your poor services. Above all, the manner in which the male executive spoke to me, further confirms that you cheat and defraud customers.
I am compelled to take appropriate action against your company. Needless to mention, I will inform my all my acquaintances, relatives, colleagues, friends and on social media platform regarding your misconduct and misbehavior. Was this information helpful? |
