Updated by East Star my refund was not released as promised

My name is Rajan Jayakanthan CEO of ‘North Starr Communications’ I’ approached ‘Release MyAd’ to advertise my Fashion Event in ‘Radio One’ Bangalore on 20.03.2017 and so one Mr. Souptik Bhattacharjee
Who is the manager of Radio Advertisement department and so he give the below mentioned advertisement charges and dates

The total number of campaign was 5 days but the Ad was broadcasted only One day only and was stopped due to our clients demands so I’ informed Mr. Souptik Bhattacharjee ( Manager of ‘Release MyAd’) and asked for a refund but he refused to pay the remaining ‘Four Days’ campaign and after months communication finally the accounts department agreed to pay me on 12.09.2017 after 25% cancellation charge- 4890.47 The Final refund amount - Rs. 14671.41 which I’ have still not received from them as they always give some excuse like manager is not in town etc, etc.
Now I’ need ‘Akosha’ to take action against ‘Release MyAd’ and help me in getting my refund back.

remaining balance - 19561.88
25% cancellation charge- 4890.47
