[Resolved]  Releasemyad.com — Paid for advertisement that never got released

I booked an advertisement through RelesemyAd.com for name change and paid them Rs 1739 through netbanking. on 2nd May 2014. After several follow up, they promised to release the advt on 8th May in all editions of Tribune for which I had booked. The advertisement never appeared. I want a refund for the amount that I paid that never got released. I have all correspondence and picture of the website webpage to support my clain
