The advertisement i booked . Ad id [protected] was supposed to appear in The Tribune dated 19.01.2014 . I had booked the ad on 09.01.2014. The ad did not appear on the said date. Since then I have been repeatedly calling their customer care to refund the amount which I paid. Every time they say that my refund has been initiated an I will get my refund within 1 week. I have called them as well as emailed them. Yesterday their executive said that my refund has not been tagged and no refund process has been initiated, he transferred the call to some senior executive who promised to call me after verifying my case. No such call came. It has been a month since the ad was supposed to appear. I feel cheated by the company rereleasemyad.com Shyam Rattan Chandigarh
