This is regarding big cinemas chhindwara.Sir mai date02/06/2016 ticket no. 2568/373 to2568/381 movie X men time 9:30 pm ka show dekhane gai. Jab movie start hui hame kuchh clear nahi dikh raha tha .complain karne par unka kahna tha eyes ko chashme ke sath adjust hone me time lagata. Jab 15min baad hamne kaha ki hamara siir dard kar raha hai hame is tarah ki 3D movie nahi dekhna hai manager se baat karye Manager leave par the.Then they changed the goggles again the problem was same .phir complain karne unhone hamari baat phone par baat karvyi unhone problem sunte hi technician ko bheja I don't know usne kya kiya movie clear ho gai.In between this we lost more than half an hour movei bahut bolane par movie 10min back karayi gai.that also we have tolerated .After sometimes Hame bahut thand lagi ac slow ya band karne ko kaha gaya phir time pass koi nahi aaya and no one was there to listen the problem. Do you have any idea a person goes to see movies for change of mind expanding, and getting problems in Big Cinema no one was there to attained the public. For each problem we have to come down stairs to complain. I hope this whole story makes you understand my problem.I want action and result
